Common questions

A creation failed. Did I lose my credits?

No. If an image can't be delivered, its credits go back to your balance automatically.

The result doesn't look like me.

Use a sharp, well-lit photo where your faces look straight at the camera, without sunglasses or heavy filters. A close portrait works better than a wide shot.

I bought a plan but don't see it.

Tap “Restore purchase” in the app while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your receipt number.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

See the Subscription Terms. Cancellations and refunds are handled in your App Store or Google Play account.

I watched a rewarded ad but didn't get the reward.

You get the reward only when the ad plays to the end and our ad partner confirms it. If your connection drops, the reward may not arrive. If it keeps happening, email us with the time and your phone model.

How do I remove ads?

Choose a Premium plan, or buy Remove Ads once. Both turn off banner and full-screen ads.

How do I change my ad choices?

On iPhone, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EU and UK, use the privacy choices in the app's settings. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads.

How do I report an image?

Tap the flag button on the result screen or in the album, choose a reason and send.

How do I delete my account?

The app can't save to my photos.

Allow Wedding Shot Studio to add photos in your phone's settings, under Privacy → Photos on iPhone, or Apps → Permissions on Android.
