Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Wedding Shot Studio and go to Profile (or Settings).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Choose a reason (optional), confirm, and tap Delete.

Your account is deleted from our servers right away, and the app clears its data on your phone.

Delete without the app

Send an email to semihbilir33@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you registered with. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Guest accounts have no email address. If you can still open the app, delete the account there. If you no longer have the app, your guest account is deleted automatically 30 days after its last use, unless it includes a purchase; in that case, write to us with your store receipt number.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and sign-in details
• Your credits and credit history
• Your creation records, including model instructions, and the images in your album on our server
• Your consent records
• Reports you sent that are linked to your creations
• On your phone: your album, photos, profile and settings stored by the app

Credits and plan benefits can't be restored after deletion. A Remove Ads purchase stays with your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored.

What we keep, and for how long

• A record of the deletion request: date, the reason you chose and any note, without your email, so we can show we completed it.
• A one-way device code that stops free welcome credits from being given again, for 13 months. It can't be turned back into a device identifier.
• Reports not linked to your creations, without your account ID, as long as needed for safety review.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies and the law. Ask us and we will request deletion of your RevenueCat record.
• Data held by ad and analytics partners (Google, Meta, TikTok), under their own policies. Firebase keeps usage statistics for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Backups at our hosting provider, which are overwritten within a short period.

Images you saved to your photo library or shared with others stay where you put them. Our AI provider doesn't keep your photos, and its copy of each finished image is deleted within 24 hours.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete your account to remove images. Delete any image from the album to remove it from your phone and from our server. Model instructions and error messages are deleted automatically after 30 days.
