Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and semihsoft, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”), for the Wedding Shot Studio app and website. By using the app you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Paid plans are also covered by the Subscription Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you.

Your account

You can use the app as a guest or with an email account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

A guest account lives on one device. If you sign out, delete the app or lose the phone, you can't get it back. Guest accounts are deleted automatically after 30 days without use, together with their free credits, unless they include a purchase. Register an email account to keep your account across devices. When you register or sign in from a guest account, its remaining credits and your creations move to that account and the guest account is deleted.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to process them only to create the images you ask for, which includes sending them to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• you have the right to use it;
• everyone shown in it agreed to its use;
• no one shown in it is under 18.

The images you create

As between you and us, the images you create belong to you, to the extent the law allows. You may use them for personal purposes: keep them, print them, share them and use them in invitations or albums. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your images for anything else.

AI-made images may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and a similar image could be made for someone else. Don't present an AI image as a real photo where that could mislead people, for example as evidence of a real event.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to:

• upload photos of people without their consent, including public figures;
• upload photos of anyone under 18;
• create sexual, nude, violent, hateful or harassing images;
• impersonate someone, deceive, or harm anyone's reputation;
• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• get around credits, limits or safety filters, or create multiple accounts to collect free credits or rewards;
• copy, reverse engineer or overload the app, or access it with bots or scripts.

If you see an image that breaks these rules, use the flag button to report it. We may refuse, remove access to or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

About AI results

Images are made by an AI model and can be inaccurate: a face may not look exactly like you, and details can be wrong. The baby studio shows a playful guess made for entertainment. It is not a genetic or medical prediction.

A safety filter may block some results. If an image can't be delivered, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Ads and rewards

The free version shows ads, including banners, full-screen ads and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Ads come from third parties; we don't control their content and aren't responsible for the products advertised.

A rewarded ad shows its reward before you start. You get the reward only after the ad has played to the end and our ad partner confirms it. We may change rewards, amounts and daily limits, and rewarded ads may not always be available.

Don't use bots, scripts, emulators, ad blockers or multiple accounts to get rewards, and don't click ads dishonestly. We may withhold rewards and remove credits obtained this way.

Premium plans and the Remove Ads purchase turn off banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded ads stay available if you want to earn extra credits.

Credits and purchases

Creating images uses credits. New accounts get free welcome credits, and the amount may change. You can get more credits with a plan, a credit pack or rewarded ads, as described in the Subscription Terms.

Credits are a license to use the app's features. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are tied to your account. If you delete your account, your credits are deleted too.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow their policies and the consumer laws that apply to you.

Our rights

The app, its design, styles, sample images and texts belong to semihsoft. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the store's rules.

Third-party services

The app relies on services such as Supabase, fal.ai, RevenueCat, Apple and Google. Their terms may also apply to you, for example the store's terms for payments.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the app useful and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if the law requires it. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice in the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, the new Terms apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can also bring disputes before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts that the law allows, including those where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can use your local courts.

Extra terms for the App Store

If you got the app from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and semihsoft, not Apple, and also include the following:

• semihsoft, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• semihsoft, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection, privacy or similar claims.
• semihsoft, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
